We have 3 main rooms available for use in our clubhouse. One of the rooms is used for day to day visitors and members, but of course can be utilised for a private function if needed and is capable of seating over 40 guests.

Our main function room has just been fully refurbished, making it a simply perfect venue for a multitude of uses, especially when used in conjunction with our fine cuisine! The room is capable of seating over 80 guests comfortably, and we can set out the seating plan to suit all variations, whether it be as a boardroom / classroom style, horseshoe or banquet layout or smaller more intimate dining style arrangement. The main focal feature is our cosy and warming open log fire with exposed brickwork and overhead beams – a pleasant contrast to the modern functionality of the overall room. When the fire’s roaring and crackling on a cold blustery winter’s day there really is no cosier place to be! The room is well lit by the dimmable chandeliers, or if you prefer a more subtle mood the uplighters and picture lights create a warm glow. It goes without saying that the room is also centrally heated.

If you need the main function room to act as the venue for your business seminar, meeting or presentation, you will find everything you need right at your fingertips. We can supply a pull down white screen & overhead projector, and if needed we can also supply a flip chart with A2 writing pad. We might even throw in a pen or two! You will also have access to our wireless internet connection throughout your day at no extra cost. Privacy is ensured by means of pull down blinds on all the windows if you don’t want to take in the beautiful views of the grounds! If requested, we can also make sure that all your tables are supplied with bottled waters and fresh juices, as well as mints or boiled sweets. Your own coffee percolator will also be kept topped up throughout your day with us!

Our third function room is very suitable for a more intimate location for your business meeting. Seating 20 comfortably, all the same functions of our main room are available.

If you are joining us for an evening of fun and fine food, we can turn one of the main rooms into a games room for you. For the full list of activities check out the Evening Entertainment part of the website, but to give you a taster we can set up a race night, turn the room into a fun casino or even set up a giant 6 track scalextric!! At the same time you could have caricaturists and table magicians too. Speak to us about all the activities we can arrange – the choices are staggering!
